Originally built in the early 1950's for the Department of Housing,
278 Kiera Street has stood the test of time.
The building has been completely stripped back and refurbished receiving a new lift, renovated bathrooms and most obvious change was to remove the louvres across the building facade. Upon doing this, we discovered the original tile feature which has influenced the final colour palate.
Our vision was for a quirky and funky design and to bring this building to life by making it an attractive feature for the Kiera Street location.
